This is a poster for The Crane Wives Spring Tour inspired by woodcut type and posters. The illustration is based on a short animation from the music video for their most recent song. The poster was created in Illustrator then pulled into Photoshop to add texture. The typeface used is Storybook.

At the top of the poster in teal and outlined in black is the band name, "The Crane Wives," along with two golden swirls. Coming in from the right side of the page and overlapping the band name is an illustration of a pink deer with a visible skeleton, similar to an x-ray image. Behind the deer, in a frame similar to a window, is an illustration of the night sky and a full moon. Below the deer is the information about the tour in white and gold. Over the full poster is a subtle wood grain texture.
